Toan Ho, DDS
Owner/Dentist
Dr. Ho attended the University of Virginia for his undergraduate degree in economics before attending dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a member of Delta Sigma Delta, an organization of dentists and dental students who come together with the common goal of promoting excellence in dentistry. Dr. Ho is also a member of the American Dental Association and volunteers for the Mission of Mercy, providing charitable dentistry to people in need.
Dr. Ho believes in lifelong education and has attended continuing education courses for Invisalign®, dental implants, endodontics (root canals), and restorative dentistry.
Drawn to dentistry due to the combination of art and science, Dr. Ho enjoys the engineering and technology aspects the dental profession offers. He appreciates that each day is an opportunity to positively impact people in his community.
Dr. Ho enjoys many physical activities to stay healthy, including running,swimming, and basketball. He recently completed the Richmond marathon! He also enjoys traveling, cooking, catching up with friends in the coffee shop, and playing fetch with his shelties, Cazzo and Kobe, on the beach.
Taylor Riley, CRDH
Certified Registered Dental Hygienist
Taylor was born in Michigan but have lived in Florida since before her first birthday. After graduating from Mandarin High she continued with her education attending Florida State College of Jacksonville for their dental hygiene program.
In 2014 she was in the first class of the program to graduate as a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist- meaning she can administer local anesthetic.
Taylor has been married to her middle school sweetheart for nine years now and they have two adorable and crazily energetic toddler boys.

Diana has been with our team since we've first opened! She loves to educate our patients about their oral health, and strives to make every patient feel welcomed and comfortable. She graduated from the Florida Insitute of Dental Assisting in 2022.
She is a huge dog lover, and has a beagle mix named Mila! She is originally from Rhode Island but loves the sunny weather here in Jacksonville! When she is not in the office, you can find her at the gym, playing tennis, or enjoying a cup of coffee.

Office Manager
Han is our office manager in charge of overseeing all dental office activities and supporting our team members in their daily tasks. Han attended the University of Virginia for her undergraduate education and VCU School of Pharmacy for her graduate education. She has been a community and hospital pharmacist for 8 years and is licensed in Virginia, Texas, and Florida. Flexibility in her pharmacy career has allowed her to join the Thrive Dental team.
Providing individualized care for each patient based on their unique needs is Han’s favorite aspect of working in dentistry. She enjoys making a difference in patients’ oral health and wellness.
Han enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dogs, cooking, traveling, and hanging out at the beach.

Tammy lends her extensive knowledge regarding insurance to navigate the intricate world of dental insurance. She ensures that all of the claims are sent out with the proper information and in a timely manner. She allows the clinical staff to focus on what they do best-- taking care of our patients!
Cazzo
Paws-itivity Coordinator
Dog-ter Cazzo is the paws-itivity coordinator at Thrive Dental Care. He attended K-9 University, receiving the Best Good Boy Award for his ability to make people smile, laugh, and feel happy.
Cazzo loves spending time with his parents playing fetch, taking long walks on the beach, and getting lots of attention and love. He enjoys it when his mom and dad find new dog-friendly places and take him on adventures.
This was by far the best experience I have EVER had at a dentist! From the minute you walk in the door you see how clean it is! The front desk associate, was genuine and helpful. The Dr. and his assistant were amazing. They just have this authenticity that made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had a very difficult tooth extraction. But the whole time I felt like I was check in with, to make sure I was good. I will be going back and already have given their card to a friend who is looking for a dentist. If you want to feel comfortable and confident with a dentist that really cares and a staff that is unmatched, this is the place to be!
